Cancelling Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you are able to cancel your order, up until the point of preparation.
Please contact our Customer Service Team for further details. Note that if you pay online for your order we will take payment as soon as you have placed your order so you might be charged for your order.
Once you have cancelled, then money will be refunded to you to the payment method originally used to pay for your order.
Can I change my nominated day delivery date?
Unfortunately you will not be able to change the delivery date once you have placed the order. Please call our Customer Service Team for further details.
Can I change my delivery address?

Can I change or amend the delivery method of my order?

I am not happy with my purchase. What do I do?
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, just email or call our Customer Service Team and the Customer Services representative will lead you through the returns process in more detail. Please return the product to us in the original condition within 35 days of delivery.
How many days will it take to process my cancellation request?
We will do our best to handle your request as quickly as possible. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you within five business days.
It may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank.
