What can and can’t I collect in store?
Please note from time to time due to seasonal variation; selected products may not be available for next day store collection. You will be advised of any availability issues when placing your order at the checkout.
If you are unable to collect your order, you may get someone else to collect on your behalf as long as the order reference number is provided.
What time can I collect my order in store and what do I need to bring?
If you are unable to collect on the day of delivery, we hold orders in store for 24 hours, after which they will be returned.
Please bring either a copy of your order confirmation email or the order number.
How long do I have to pick up my order in store?
We keep your products for 24 hours. After that we’ll return the items to stock. If you can't pick up within 24 hours, we can sometimes extend the holding period, please call our customer service team
who can help you with your request.
Can I get someone else to collect my order in store for me?
Yes, you can get someone else to collect an order for you. They will be asked to present a copy of your order confirmation email or order number.
Do I need to bring anything when I collect my order?
Yes, just bring a copy of your order confirmation email or order number.
How can I change the collection store for my order?
Unfortunately once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Although you can cancel your order and place a new order by contacting customer services.
Will I be charged for collecting my order in store?
No, it's free to collect your order in store.
How do I order a product online to collect in store?
Products that are available for Click & Collect will have a Click & Collect button on the product page. You’ll then be able to choose the Click & Collect service and select your preferred collection store.
When you have done this you can continue shopping or proceed directly to the website check out. Your bag will clearly show all the products you have added and any products for Click & Collect will be grouped together.
Click & Collect: how does it work in store?
You can order product online and we'll reserve it in your chosen store for FREE.
We aim for your collection to ready within 60 minutes however depending on order volumes it could take up to 24 hours to receive your confirmation.
- Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection
- All products will be held in the store for 24 hours from the time of notification
- When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you, either printed or electronic.
- You will pay for your order in store, unless you have already paid online.
What if I cannot find the product that I want to order through Click & Collect? What do I do?
If a product is not available for Click & Collect, you may still be able to order the product for home delivery.
How long do I have to return a Click & Collect order?
Orders can be returned subject to Marks & Spencer’s returns policy. All returns must be done in store. Click here

What if I do not collect my Click & Collect order in 24 hours?
If you are delayed in collecting your order, please contact us. After 24 hours, your order may be cancelled, if not collected.
Can I change my collection point for my Click & Collect order after it has been placed?
Once a Click and Collect order has been placed, and a store selected, we are unable to change the collection point. If you would like to collect your order from a different store then a new order would need to be made, along with a request to cancel the original order.
Can you cancel a Click & Collect order?
Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, you can cancel it up until it is collected. To cancel your order, please email or call our Customer Service Team.
Can I nominate or send someone to pick-up a Click & Collect order?
Of course you can. To make sure the right person collects it, beside an authorization for collection written and signed by you, they need to carry valid photographic identification (Emirates ID, passport or driving license) along with the order details to ensure that we are giving your purchase to the right person.
