Which stores can I place or collect an order in?
You can collect your Click & Collect order from all stores within your country.
How can I place an order online to be delivered to a store?
Our free Click & Collect in store service is available at all stores.
To collect an order in store all you need to do is select the most convenient store for you and your collection date in the checkout.
We'll send you an email and SMS when your order is ready to collect – please remember to bring your order number or a copy of your order confirmation email with you to the store.
You'll have 24 hours to collect.
Why won't the "select size" work when I try to buy something?
If you are having trouble adding an item to your basket, it may be because you have not selected the colour first
To buy a product:
  • Select the colour by clicking on a swatch
  • Choose your size
  • Choose the quantity you want to buy
  • Click the 'add to bag' button
Then you can either carry on shopping, or go to the checkout.
If you are unable to select a colour or size, this will mean that the particular colour or size is out of stock and unavailable.
Can I place an order online for delivery to an address?
Yes, you can send it to your home, work or friend's address – whichever is more convenient for you. Although if you choose the Pay on Delivery method please ensure that you can pay the courier upon delivery.
You'll be asked for your delivery address when you checkout. You can then select your delivery option.
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation call and email, you can also track your deliveries
How do I know if I've successfully completed my order online?
When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, you will receive an email and phone call to confirm we've received your order. You can also sign in to your account and check your recent orders.

I made a purchase online. How do I check my order status?
Just log in to your Marks & Spencer account to review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. Or if you used the guest check out just enter your order details in to the track an order page.
What do these different 'order status' terms mean?
Accepted:
Great! We have received your order. It will now be picked, packed and dispatched.
Processing:
We have received your order and your order is being processed.
In Progress:
We are currently preparing your order for dispatch.
Completed:
You have either received or collected your order. Thank you for shopping with us.
Declined:
Unfortunately, we were unable to process your order and your order has been cancelled Please place your order using an alternative payment method or take advantage of our Click and Collect service and pay in store.
Cancelled:
Your order has been cancelled for one of the following reasons:
  • You have requested an order cancellation.
  • One or more of the products in your order are unavailable.
  • Your Click and Collect order was not picked up within the allocated collection time frame.
  • Only part of your Click and Collect order was collected in store.
If you have already paid for your order, we will refund you on the original payment method used.
Completed:
You have either received or collected your order. Thank you for shopping with us.
Returned:
One or more of your products have been successfully returned. We will refund you through the payment method originally used to place your order.
