How can I write a product review?
If you have owned or used one of the products we currently sell online, you can write a review to help other customers make an informed buying decision. We value our customers' views as they help us to improve our products. For full details please refer to our Terms & Conditions. We may update the Terms & Conditions from time to time, so please read them before posting.
Why wasn't my product review posted?
There are a couple possible reasons why you may not be able to see your review:
  • It can take up to 72 hours to moderate all reviews and post them on the website, so your review may still be pending.
  • Your review may have been rejected through the moderation process. If this is the case you would have received an email from us.
Why do I need a pen name to review a product?
You need a pen name to allow you to provide your feedback more easily and effectively and to identify each reviewer. Your pen name needs to be unique, with no spaces and no special characters. It will be associated with all your future and past reviews.
How can I remove or report a product review that is inappropriate?
There is a 'report' button next to the review. Please use this to inform us of inappropriate reviews.
