Where's My Order
Where is my order?
You can track your order by signing into your account. You will receive a confirmation email and phone call after placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox as we'll keep you updated about your order via email. Remember to check all your email folders, including Junk, Updates, Promotions etc.

I haven't received a receipt for my online
Your parcel summary document, which is enclosed in your delivery, is your receipt. If you haven't received a receipt, please phone our customer service team (you'll find the telephone number on our contact us page) and we can send you one
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you are able to cancel your order up until the point of preparation, please contact our Customer services team for further details. Please note you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you've received your order.
Please note that if you pay online for your order we will take payment as soon as you have placed your order, so you might be charged for your order. Once you have cancelled, the money will be refund to you through the payment method originally used to place your order.
Can I change my nominated day delivery date?
