After selecting Click & Collect, you’ll choose your preferred store for collection.
You’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Collect your order in store
All you need to do now is show your order number at your chosen store and collect.
Click & Collect is our service that allows you to shop from the comforts of your home with the added convenience of picking it up at a time that suits you - so there’s no need to wait around either for your order to arrive.
How do I pay for my order when I’m using Click & Collect?
Our Click & Collect service offers two flexible payment options with Reserve & Collect and Pay & Collect.
How does Reserve & Collect work?
This option is applicable when the item you wish to reserve is available at the store of your choice - this allows you to reserve it online, walk in and pay in-store by cash or card.
Why choose Pay & Collect?
This option is applicable when the item you wish to purchase is not available at the store of your choice. You can then conveniently pay online, which allows us to transfer your ordered items to the store you’ve selected, so you can walk in and collect your order hassle-free.
Click & Collect: How does it work in store?
1. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection.
2. For Reserve & Collect, we’ll hold your items in the store up to 2 days from the time of notification, while for Pay & Collect, we’ll hold it for up to 7 days.
3. When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you - either printed or electronic.
4. For Reserve & Collect, you will pay for your order in-store, while for Pay & Collect you would have already paid online.
What if I cannot find the product that I want to order through Click & Collect? What do I do?
If a product is not available for Click & Collect, you may still be able to order the product through home delivery.
What if I want to return my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect orders can be returned to any Al-Futtaim M&S store, subject to our return policy. Click here for our Returns Policy.
What if I do not collect my Click & Collect order?
If you are delayed in collecting your order, please contact us. Through Reserve & Collect, your order may be cancelled, if not collected after 2 days. If you have already paid for your order through Pay & Collect, we will refund you using the original payment method after 7 days.
How long do I have to return a Click & Collect order?
Orders can be returned subject to Al-Futtaim M&S’ returns policy. All returns must be done in store. Click here for our Returns Policy.
Can I change my collection point for my Click & Collect order after it has been placed?
Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, and a store selected, we are unable to change the collection point. If you would like to collect your order from a different store then a new order would need to be made, along with a request to cancel the original order.
Can you cancel a Click & Collect order?
Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, you can cancel it up until it is collected. To cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Centre through our Contact Us page or call us at +971 (0)42 880 519 between 10am and 7pm, Saturday to Thursday (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Please note that if you have already paid online for your order through Pay & Collect, a cancellation will result in an automatic refund to your original payment method.
