Deliveries can be tracked by signing into your account and then following the tracking link contained in your order.

If you haven't heard from us, please contact our customer service team.
If you are unable to collect on the day of delivery, we hold orders in store for 24 hours, after which they will be returned.
Please bring either a copy of your order confirmation email or the order number.
