We are here to answer any questions you may have about your Marks & Spencer experience. For queries relating to the website, online orders or information about the store you can contact us here with your query and we will respond as soon as we can.
Please make sure that you provide as much detail as possible, such as references to any previous correspondence concerning the issue, parcel tracking numbers etc.
Deliveries can be tracked by signing into your account and then following the tracking link contained in your order.

As the opening hours vary for each store depending on location, the best way to get accurate information is to use our Store Finder where you will find the opening times, address and phone number for your chosen store

Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery service chosen. For more information on delivery times and cost’s please view the Delivery Information page.
You can track your order by signing into your account. You will receive a confirmation email and phone call after placing your order. Keep an eye on your inbox as we'll keep you updated about your order via email. Remember to check all your email folders, including Junk, Updates, Promotions etc.

Orders for items will be available for collection during store opening hours click here for a list of stores.
If you are unable to collect on the day of delivery, we hold orders in store for 24 hours, after which they will be returned.
Please bring either a copy of your order confirmation email or the order number.
