You can return any items to select stores free of charge. These stores are:

2. Self-postage return to the UK
Return your parcel at your own cost through your preferred carrier.
The cost of shipping will be dictated by the carrier. Please get a receipt as proof of postage.
Please enclose the Returns Merchandise Authorisation form in your parcel and attach the returns label which can both be printed from our returns portal here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal/mZmQ. Please contact us If you need to return a faulty or incorrect item.

Note: We cannot accept goodwill refunds for bra accessories, earrings for pierced ear, open bedding or face coverings.+
Orders placed after 21st August 2024:
Full-priced items may be returned within 35 days of purchase.
Sale items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
All items to be returned must be unused.
The original box or bag is not required, but the items must be securely packaged.
Exclusions from the policy
The following items are excluded from our returns policy:
It’s in our customer’s best interests that the following products are not refunded for hygiene reasons: perishable items (food and drinks), earrings, beauty & branded beauty (including toiletries), duvets, pillows, mattress & pillow protectors, bra accessories, stick-on bras, other personal hygiene items including underwear and any products with a hygiene seal, where the seal is broken.
